Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of any mobile applications, websites, software products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Lexim Labs LLC (“Lexim Labs,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms apply to all current and future Services provided by Lexim Labs LLC unless a specific service includes separate terms. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
Use of Services

Lexim Labs LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

However, by using the Services, you grant Lexim Labs LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to submit such content and that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Lexim Labs LLC does not claim ownership of User Content and does not monitor all content submitted through the Services but reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, design, software, and intellectual property associated with the Services, excluding User Content, are owned by Lexim Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services without prior written consent from Lexim Labs LLC.
Third-Party Services and Advertising
The Services may integrate or include third-party services, including analytics providers, advertising networks, or external links. Lexim Labs LLC does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies.
Payments and Purchases
Certain features of the Services may be offered for a fee, including subscriptions or one-time purchases. All payments are processed through third-party platforms such as the Google Play Store and are subject to their billing terms and policies.
Lexim Labs LLC does not control payment processing and does not provide refunds except as required by applicable law or platform rules.
Termination
Lexim Labs LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we determine that your use of the Services poses a risk to the Company, other users, or third parties.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
Upon termination, your rights under these Terms will immediately cease.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lexim Labs LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexim Labs LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.
In no event shall Lexim Labs LLC’s total liability exceed the amount you have paid, if any, for the Services within the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lexim Labs LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
Changes to These Terms
Lexim Labs LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lexim Labs LLC regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
